The beer features Comet, Idaho 7, El Dorado hops and pours out of the glass with a big fluffy head and huge aromas of tropical fruit. It is as hazy as can be and could easily be mistaken for a big glass of juice. The body on this beer is big, and every sip is a mouth-FUL of juicy fruity goodness. We’re picking up the usual suspects here, lots of stone fruit, tropical fruit, and citrus with a slight touch of bitterness in the finish, if you go looking for it. We create these beers to be softer on the palate, with a lower carbonation to achieve that goal, and this is no exception. The beer comes across creamy and smooth, with a silky hoppy finish that leaves you wanting more.
