What happens next
- You send the form, with the price and what's wrong with it.
- We check the price again at the source it was read from.
- Within two business days, it is corrected or removed, and we email you the outcome.
What counts as a wrong price
The wrong product or size
The price belongs to a different product, a different size or a different pack from the one named in the row.
A price that has changed
The listing shows a different price from the one in the report. Every price carries the date it was seen.
The wrong business
The price is shown under a business that doesn't list it.
Listed shelf prices
Listed shelf price: the price a business publishes on its page or feed, with the source and the date it was seen. Loyalty, coupon and in-cart prices are separate.

Who can dispute a price?
Anyone: the business the price belongs to, a nearby business in the report, or the owner who ran the check. You don't need an account.

What happens if the price can't be re-checked?
It comes out. A price stands only when it checks out again at the source it was read from.
Where do I find my report reference?
Use the “Wrong? Tell us” link on the row in your report: it opens this page with the reference shown. Without it, give the business name, the product and the price shown.
Why does the form ask for my email address?
Only to send you the outcome of the dispute.
Can I have my business removed instead?
Yes. Any business can be removed from price checks within one business day, customer or not, and we stop collecting its prices. Use the removal page.
