It tells callers it's your restaurant's AI receptionist and hands anything else to a person. The phone line is an add-on at $199 per location per month, or $0 if you process card payments with Esplanda at a trailing 30-day average ticket of $20 or more. Both prices include 1,000 answered minutes per location per month, then $0.20 a minute. Web chat, owner inbox triage and the staff answer device are included on every plan.
