Reviews of popmenu
1. were preferred by Sysco to this company. One of the biggest mistakes business decisions I made. First I dealt with a crook named Alex from Popmenu. He promised me and told me I was losing thousands of dollars dealing with Uber and Grubhub Doordash that his company would eliminate them for me and I could deal directly with the customers. That’s not try Uber Doordash Grubhub all have their loyal customers.
And Popmenu is a loss for me I pay almost $400 a month plus they charge me 1 dollar for every order placed. Clover online ordering is free I knew that from the first day. The only reason I signed with these guys is because I was lied to from the first day. Their site always goes down randomly and customers aren’t able to order. Their support sucks I can’t never get in hold of the sales rep. Please be 2. aware and look into this company before signing. You will have to spend your own money to gain customers to order on Popmenu. Or you will have to tell your customer to order on Popmenu for a $1 extra charge deliver is $7.99 extra for customers. I don’t want my customers to pay anything extra. These people don’t care bout their customers
2. Horrible company. Their “onboarding” sales make promises that management does not fulfill. Then when you complain about it; they point out that you are locked into a service agreement. Their calendar only allows for weekly recurring events, so if you have monthly recurring events like many music venues like mine do, you have to re-enter events all the time. I was told well over 18 months ago that this would be fixed within 3 months. Nope. Their web design team sucks also. I’d suggest spending 2 hours using Wix or an inexpensive web design platform. I highly recommend NOT using PopMenu. It’s a typical “bait and switch” company that makes promises they don’t keep.
